Golden Axe (Xbox 360)

Advantages: Fun and interactive
Disadvantages: Tricky in places and relatively poor graphics

...Fun game, a little frustrating at times, but what game isn't! Graphics aren't as good as other Xbox 360 games but they're not horrendous. The plot doesn't follow the film or the book all that well but it's a nice tame game to enjoy. You control Lyra most of the time but you also get to use her demon to help out - to jump further for example which is cool. You have to save in certain places which can be annoying as you might have to do a tricky part more than once if you die. If this game is for your kids expect to be helping them out because its not as easy as it looks! (You may then get hooked and be fighting for turns!)... Read review

...but on your console people use them to connect with you and know who you are in the middle of matches. Gamerscore is a way to show off when you get a game it will have things on it called achievements these are fun little points you get if you do somthing special on a game these points will add to your score and rank you upto your friends and there score. Each game has 1000 points that you can get. The Xbox Live marketplace is amazing, its set out really well and is updated with new demos or trailers daily.. The new addition to the marketplace is how you can buy classic xbox games for a low price and place them straight onto your hard drive. Theres also the xbox live arcade games. The Xbox Live arcade is where you can play mini games you have downloaded like Golden Axe, Uno, Doom, Dig Dug and Frogger there are around 60 games like... Read review

...The Microsoft XBOX 360 is a fantastic console, and that comes from experience! Having been bought the 360 as a gift at christmas, I find the XBOX 360 enjoyable The XBOX 360 boasts a standard 20GB hardrive, which can be easily ugrapded,if the user wishes to. The XBOX 360 also boasts a great online service, XBOX Live, which is free (silver) and can be again,upgraded to a premium service. The only downside to the XBOX 360 , is, when you first set up the product, the internal fan does seem rather loud. However, it only took me a few days to get used to the noise- now I hardly even realise the fan is operating . The XBOX 360 is also great graphics wise, as it an HD compatible console... Read review
