Advantages: Liquid Propolis is Better Disadvantages: Prepare Warm Water before Mixing Propolis
...After getting a head problem in 2001 and because of my mag, almost any kind of products I eat, but the result I am still having problem. By scanning doctor told there was no wrong. My head and my body is fine.
I have been consuming propolis since 2-3 years. Any kind of product and type I buy because one reason: getting health is more important than having much money but living in a useless. It start from a capsule, tablet, to liquid propolis. I herad that propolis produced by the bee. the bee not only produces honey, but royal jelly, pollen, and propolis too. Advantages: Great for spots.....reduces swelling & kills spots fast. Disadvantages: Very messy! Can develop a possible allergic reaction. Stains bed clothes & sheets for good.
...thought I would share this gem with you.
Propolis comes from bees & you can buy it in capsule or tincture form. I work in a health food shop & was searching through our info when I saw a page on acne & it listed propolis tincture for topical application.
Might as well give it a try, I thought & so I did. I have tried everything going for spots from herbal mixtures, to hormonal herbs, to antibacterial washes etc etc. I use tea tree during the day & proplolis at night.
A word of warning, this stuff is messy. It is a brown syrupy goo. I use a cotton bud & dot propolis on the face as needed. I end up looking like I have been swimming in something nasty.......but who cares coz I am the only one who sees it & it works.
It does itch a little at first, but soon wears off. This stuff will make a mess of your bedsheets, but washes off easily...

...I tried loads and loads of different creams, oils and lotions for my baby daughter when she developed infantile excema. Nothing seemed to work and I hated using a steroid cream on her as prescribed by the local GP.
Eventually a friend suggested I try Propolis cream. ( from health food shops) Willing to try anything, I gave it a go.
Holland & Barrett sell the Bee Health cream for £4.95. It comes in a little jar, and is a smooth greyish brown cream - it smells a bit like Fishermans Friends - the throat sweets! It is all natural substances collected by bees from shrubs and trees, containing waxes and tree resin.
Within about a week of using it, my daughters excema had really calmed down, and a few weeks later had completely gone. Now, whenever she has a flare up, I apply the cream straight away and the excema goes.
I am not...
