Glucosamine is a naturally occuring enzyme in your body which helps to keep your joints mobile and healthy, however as you get older, you naturally run out of glucosamine stores.
Glucosamine Sulphate is used to replenish these stores and aids all aspects of joint function. I've been taking glucosamine for about 6 months now and it has really helped. My joints used to creak and groan continuosly, possibly the result of playing a lot of sport. However since taking glucosamine, I can definitely feel a marked improvement.

Okay, writing a review on Kellogg's Sustain has helped me with two of my new year resolutions. One - to try and eat more sensibly and nutritiously and two - to write a review on the product of the week!
So, to be honest, if it wasn't for the fact that this cereal happened to be product of the week, I would never have purchased it, instead I would have chosen the original Special K. Mainly because Sustain has honey and what I mistakenly assumed were nut clusters, therefore I would assume it has more calories and fat. The original also boasts the 'two bowls, two meals, two weeks - drop a jeans size' advertising, but as I'm failing to stick to this and I'm thoroughly bored of it, I talked myself into deciding a change would be nice. (Even though I've been following the diet for only ten days!)
