I love pizza, but it doesn't always love me so I don't eat as much of it as I would like. Pizza gives me heart burn and I find that about an hour after eating it I am hungry again. At the time I can usually only manage a few pieces, but end up feeling hungry again. I like Goodfella's Delicia Pepperoni Pizza because the flavour is strong and meaty. The peperoni is nice and spicy. Pizza is a good meal if you put it with something else then it can go round the whole family. I usually cook it with chips or salad. My little girl loves pepperoni pizza. It is of a good standard and is made by a brand that I trust. I love the other Goodfella pizza's and have enjoyed a number of their pizza's including the vegetarian one that they make.

The pizza looks really good on the picture, but unfortunately once it is cooked it doesn't look quite as good. Pictures of products always tend to make them look more appetizing than in real life. Maybe I just cook the pizza wrong, but I always follow the directions on the box. The square box is a little bigger than the pizza, but it doesn't waste any material. The pizza inside is wrapped carefully in see through plastic and there was no polystyrene plate either so it is very environmentally friendly.
The pizza is easy enough to cook just pop it in the cooker on a tray for about 12 - 14 minutes. I usually cook it a little longer though just to make sure it is thoroughly cooked. You cannot be too careful when you are pregnant and have to make sure food is cooked thoroughly.
Pizza is obviously not the healthiest option, but surprisingly this pizza isn't one of the worst you could opt for even though it tastes just as delicious as some of the more fattening pizza's. Half of the pizza is only worth 435 calories and you probably wouldn't be able to eat half of a pizza anyway. Although you might have a bigger appetite than I have. I know that I personally find half of a pizza is too much for me and just one feeds my whole family of three. Some pizza's come with artificial colours and flavours, but fortunately this pizza states on the box that it has "no artificial colourings or flavourings". This makes the pizza much more healthier and suitable for the whole family.
This is a very tasty pizza and I really love the base that adds to the taste of the pizza. These pizza's are superior to a lot of brands on the market and they are not as expensive as getting a take away pizza. The bases are thin and stone baked so if you do not like your base thin then you might have an issue with this. Although saying that the edge bit of the pizza is a little thicker which gives the pizza a nice texture. I found that there was plenty of base, but because it was thinner it meant that I didn't get as full up as I normally do with a deeper based one. This was a good thing because I don't like the feeling of being full after eating only 1 or 2 pieces of pizza. I like to enjoy my pizza. The topping was great just enough to make the pizza tasty and delicious. I liked the way the cheese stayed on the pizza whilst cooking it and the cheese was a good consistency.
The flavour is especially delicious. The first bite is the best because the flavour hits you straight away. The taste of the meat with the juice in it makes the pizza set apart from other pizza's. The smell is divine if you like rich, meaty smells with that hint of spice. An added bonus with peperoni pizza is that you can pull the peperoni off and have a little snack and that is what we usually do with our daughter who cannot manage to eat a lot. Also the pizza seems to stay hotter for longer than other pizza's.
This pizza can be enjoyed over a refreshing glass of wine for a real taste of the Mediterranean . The pizza is very similar to pizza's that are made in Italy probably a lot more than other pizza's that claim they are Italian style. I like to have a pizza handy in the freezer because it is such a convenient food on those days when I don't feel like cooking. It is so easy just to pop it in the oven and if unexpected guests come over you have something ready for them. If you are hungry late at night and just fancy a snack then a frozen pizza is a lot cheaper than getting an ordinary take away.
You can purchase these pizza's from all major stores including; Tesco, Somerfield and Asda. You will find these in the frozen section along with the other pizza's. They retail for around £2.34 and are often on special offer usually buy one get one free. Goodfella pizza's are made by Northern Foods. Northern Foods make other food products such as, Pizza, Biscuits, Ready Meals, Sandwiches, Salads and Christmas Puddings. I found it surprising when I found out that they also make Fox's biscuits, Holland's Pies and Dalepak as well as many other products. Currently they provide products for Asda, Marks and Spencer, Morrisons, Sainsbury and Tesco. They first started in 1937 as a dairy and have grown dramatically since they first opened. They have 19 sites in total over the UK and Ireland.
Would I recommend this pizza? Yes definitely, I will certainly be purchasing this pizza again.
Advantages: Good pizza Disadvantages: Lacking flavour and taste.
...become a regular buyer of Goodfella's pizza food products. I was pleased that there was no artificial flavourings and ingredients with this pizza. Though this was let down by the lack of naturally spicy flavours or any distinctive tones. There was also a lack of after taste which also let down the pizza to some extent. The product did have a story at the back of the product packaging which told about a history into pizza, though I am suprised that ...

Goodfella's Delicia Pizza (Pepperoni): The other half is a bit of a pizza fiend and even though we are on diets he can't give up pizza completely! The other day he had a good look through the pizza section at Sainsbury's and got the lowest calorie pepperoni pizza they had for sale which was the Goodfella's Delicia. The pepperoni Delicia pizzas have 435 calories per half a pizza which means that half the pizza plus a little salad comes well within ... ...Slimfast plan. There is 18.7g of fat, (RDA 70g), of which 7.4g is saturated fat, (RDA 20g). Trying to loose weight we obviously want to eat less than the RDA so these will only be an occasional treat despite the calories being well within our limit. The boxes are quite eye-catching and Mediterranean in style, with an appetising looking picture of the pizza itself, which is for once actually representative of the pizza when it is cooked. There is ...

Advantages: It was almost tasty enough Disadvantages: There are better Pizza's out there
Pizza over the last few years has become more and more popular, and getting one delivered to your door is simplicity nowadays. The main two suppliers of delivery Pizza’s are Dominoes and Pizza Hut, both serving good Pizza with lots of trimmings should you require. They are however quite expensive compared to the Pizza you can buy in any supermarket, even if you take into account the massive savings they frequently offer on orders over a certain amount. ... ...for the cheapest way to feed your family yet still give them a decent meal. If Pizza is your choice for the day then I suggest the supermarket is the place to go, I’m in no way particularly pointing you towards the product on review although you could do far worse.
Goodfellows are frequently advertised on TV, which in itself is no great boost to confidence since if a product requires such aggressive advertisement then it probably means the sales ...

Goodfella's Pizza can be seen as one of the top three brands of frozen pizza which dominate our supermarket shelves - at least in my supermarket, good old Tesco! Alongside Goodfella's, there is of course the Chicago Town pizzas, and the Ristorante selection. But to be completely frank, I have never given this brand much thought - hence, in the criteria I am not that loyal - as I am much a lover of Chicago Town ... ...or the base!) But the Goodfella's did not let us down, with a satisfying soft crunch of a base, with stringy cheese and a rich tomato sauce to boot - with just enough spice to get those taste buds tingling! Despite the fact that I swear there were only 2 different types of pepperoni (the others must just be a different shape, there was barely any distinction!) the taste sensation was better than any other brand I have had in a long time, and the ...

...delicious Pizza which was the Goodfella's Delicia. Goodfellows pizza was voted Americas favorite pizza
Taste Well first of all I had only to get out of the packet and puit in the oven it was simple and took about 15 mins .
It makes it seem silly to get a take away as it was quicker than ordering a pizza and costs less and no problem to cook Also as it was frozen I could just take out of the freezer when ever I fancied one and also if I did not ... ...fancy took me.. The best bit was the base which are cooked in a traditional stone oven to add a lovely, toasted flavour. This made it taste like a pizza you would get at a good pizza restaurant straight out of a wood ovens . I love the thin base as this way you can really taste the best bit the topping and has less calories than a deep crust base. What I noticed was that the Delicia pizzas had a nice topping to base ratio and the tomatoe sauce was ...
