I use Google everyday and having the toolbar is a bonus. I can't believe as of today's date that there is only 4 opinions written. The toolbar makes it so accessible for information, just typing in literally anything and within seconds of hitting the enter button, you have your links etc. I use it to find out anything and everything. Just type in the key words and your in. Even if you've forgotten the full web address, just type into google and there you'll have it. Company addresses, telephone numbers, info etc, most companies have a web address nowdays. Information at your fingertips. Also the other added bonus of the tool bar, is if your looking through a large passage of text only to look for something pacific, then rather than pressing the enter button, just type in your key words you want to find then press the highlight key, and de narrrr, there it is, highlighted, just what your'e looking for, saves you so much time. AND its absolutely FREE, unbelieveable! (I'll probably kick myself now for saying that cos they probably put a charge for using it, lets hope not aye). It literally takes seconds to download, and is so user friendly. I dont think people use it to its full potential, I know they don't at my work. In fact anytime people wants to find out information they come to me, because more often or not, with the help of GOOGLE TOOLBAR I can have the info they need in seconds. Its a God Send.

I'd be lost without it too, especially as I have now worked out how to restrict it to searching google.co.uk. Nice op. marc

I have a google toolbar and use it all the time. Mine eats pop ups and that is a big bonus. You might want to add a link to your opinion so that people know where to download from....Mandxx
Advantages: Neat little IE plug in. Quickest way to search Disadvantages: Inability to launch search in a new window when doing a highlight/right click search
