At the first sight, Graffiti seems to be a sound free email provider. They allow a generous 10MB of space (compared to Hotmails stingy 2MB) and the sign up is fast, if not friendly. Although the interface of Graffiti mail is fairly easy to navigate and without banner ads, the pop-up adverts do let it down. On receiving a new email, you have to "get past" an ad before you can even read your mail, by clicking a Yes Please or No Thanks type ... ...after some time...
There are a variety of features once you've signed up, users have the option to organise mail into folders, set up an auto-reply, forward all email to another address, create a signature or a filter - things most free email users have come to expect as standard.
Overall graffiti is average to good, redeemed from the slowness and adverts by a nice mailbox size and beautifully uncluttered design. And ... more

Recently l am having serious problems with graffiti mail. Whenever l attempt to sign in an invalid user name/password message is displayed. I know these both and l have also tried clicking on 'lost password' to retrieve my password. The very same password that l sign in with is sent to my alternative email address but l still fail to sign in ...
