GTA4 is a great game which is wide in scope and it manages to create something which no other game has achieved. It brings together a living breathing world with great story-telling and some extremely likeable characters. The fact that the story helped drag you in makes you appreciate the world around you even more. The graphics are excellent considering the attention to detail required and even though there is some pop-up it doesn't take away from the game as a whole. The missions get a little repetitive as it seems as though you just go from place to place killing people, but there are some that stand-out and really put you on the edge of your seat. Ultimately the game is great and despite those people out there trying to say its over-hyped, it stills represents an exceptional game which manages to bring together graphics, gameplay and story-telling into a well-rounded game which should be experienced by all.
