This game is for over 18 year olds which is very popular with these youngsters, but also teenagers under the age of 18 play this game and the rest of the Grand Theft Auto collection but it is well known within the community....
Grand Theft Auto : Liberty City Stories was created and developed by Rockstar Leeds and Rockstar North, where Rockstar Leeds supply the soundtrack and it's components for the game. The game was released on the 25th of October in America being it's country of origon, and was also released in the United Kingdom on June the 22nd of 2006. The game made a big impact to the players of the Play Station 2, where thousands upon thousands of copys of Liberty City Stories were sold in no time!!!..

Plotted Characters
Toni Cipriani returns to Liberty City after living abroad for many years. He rejoins the Liberty City Mafia which is which is appreciated by Salvatore, but not by other
members of the Leone family because of his long absence from the City. Toni helps the family fight their way against the Yakuza mafia in the City and manages to get Salvatore out of jail...
Maria Latore is Salvatore Leone's wife, where she cheats on Salvatore quite often with other men around Liberty City, plus she takes a lot of drugs where she almost dies of an overdose but Toni makes the save...
Donald Love is a middle aged man who seems very camp and ecentric, but probably is due to the fact that he is a necrophiliac which means he is sexualy attracted to corpses, not everyones cup of tea. Donald Love is a millionaire who then becomes bankrupt half the way through the game after Toni meets him on the second island, then Donald Love moves over into a unwealthy area on the thrid island which is Shoreside Vale...
A very strange character.
JD O'Toole is a large irsh/italian pervert who is the main manager of Paulie's Revue bar on Portland Island. JD tells information about Liberty City's Mafia and the Leone family to the Sicilian Mafia. Toni and JD help blow up the Dolls House which is the Sicilian Mafia's casino. He is a very dirty man who downloads illegal pornography but isn't arrested or talked to about his actions...
Toni doesn't take too him but later on they get along a little better. JD O'Toole isn't trusted by Salvator so he is then killed and dumped in the sea along with his car by Micky Hamfists who is part of the Leone family mafia...
Mickey Hamfists is a bodygaurd type character who works for the Leone family who kills the snitch who was JD O'Toole at the made man ceromony. Mickey then shows Toni the way to being a made man so Toni doesn't trust him at first but then becomes a made man. Mickey Hamfists is voiced by Chris Tardio...
Vincenzo ( Vinnie ) Cilli is a man who is a part of the Leone Family who isn't liked by Toni because he is better educated and he is a better man. Vinnie tries to make Salvatore to lose faith and trust in Toni. Toni is attacked later on after doing jobs for Vinnie, and he is attacked by some of the members of the Leone family thanks to Vinnie's orders. Toni then goes on to kill Vinnie in a docked ferry after going through many mafia members. Salvatore re trusts Toni and Toni carries on woring for Salvatore...
These are the main characters in the game, but there are many more characters to support the action, but you can discover the rest of the characters and their missions yourself...
Gameplay
In this game there are three islands. Portland Island, Staunton Island, and Shoreside Vale. Portland Island is home to Salvatore Leone and the rest of the Leone mafia. Portland is where you begin with your first save and safe house whereyou visit to safe or change costume after missions. Later on after many missions from many of the characters on this island, you move on to Staunton Island which is connected to Portland Island by the Callahan bridge which is under repair after it blowing up from GTA III. Staunton Island is home to many characters including Donald Love who is a major character, Avery Carrington, and Ned burner who are minor characters. Shoreside Vale is the the last Island you visit. This contains the Liberty City airport, where Salvatore is arrested, and many more surprises...
In this game you can control vehicles such as cars, boats, motorbikes and trucks. There are many fast cars including the black Leoen mafia car which are located around Portland Island which are driven around by the Liberty City Mafia. You can also snatch cars which are drving around by citezens on the streets. A boat is playable when you go near the port of Portland Island, or on Staunton Island where you the last mission takes place in driving a boat around and shooting the other mafia family. Motorbikes are also found driven around by the people of Liberty City, but on Staunton Island there is a shop which sells motobikes where you can take the passengers on a ride to see if they like the bike and buy it from you. You have your Sanchez dirtbike, Scooter, PCJ, and the chopper. Trucks are easy to find just on the streets which may come in useful for crushing cars, it all adds to the fun. There is also a undergrouns train and a ferry featured in the game. The ferry takes you from Portland Island to Stuanton Island, as does the train but when all three islands are unlocked, the train also takes you to Shoreside Vale...
Graphics
The graphics in the game are very good. You can see the Liberty City sights very well in a clear crisp picture thanks to the games graphics. The faces of the characters are much clearer in this game than they are in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Salvatore's face is very realistic. The background is very clear and believable so it all adds to the fun and exitment...
Soundtrack
Of course, Grand Theft Auto would not be the same if there was no brilliant soundtrack...
There are 10 radio stations set on Liberty City, where you can listen to them inside most vehicles exept Ambulances and Police Vehicles...

Lips 106 - Lips 106 features songs from a Pop music genre of the 80's. Another enjoyable station...
Radio Del Mundo - This Station features music from a Arabic and Indian background...
MSX 98 - This radio station brings us music from Drum and Bass and Jungle styled music. The next best music station on the game...
Flashback FM - This radio station is from an Electronic/Italo Disco background from the srtist Georgio Moroder who sings each song on the station. Not the best but suitable for some of you...
The Liberty Jam - This radio station is an East Coast Hip-Hop type style of music...
LCFR - This is Liberty City's Talk Radio which features the talk program The Electron Zone, Coq O Vin and a few other talk programs...
Not a bad soundtrack. I would recomend Head Radio, Rise FM Lips 106 and MSX 98 as the best radio stations...
Why Should You Buy The Game
Well if you are over 18 then you can legally purchase the game from shops. You should definitly buy this game to add to your collection of Grand Theft Auto games and the rest of your PS2 collection. It is a very enjoyable and long lasting game where you can explore new places and new people throught the game, with hidden secrets yet to be discovered by you. The game is now selling at around £8.00 to £15.00 which isn't a bad price at all...
My Opinion
In my honest opinion, this is the best Grand Theft Auto game of all time. Many of you may disagree because it doesn't have the features of what the protagonist can do, but I really enjoyed this game and the graphics were great and I absolutly loved the 80's soundtrack.
