...I actually bought my ST90 whilst on a school trip in New York. In a little computer store opposite Macy's as it happens, but that's beside the point. Prior to purchasing this ST90, I only had its poor brother, the ST50, which had served me well, and showed that Saitek designed and constructer very sturdy little joysticks. I had used the '50' in all sorts of situations - a keen driving sim fan, it had been especially useful for use as a gearstick, pushing and pulling to change gears. When I had got bored of burning virtual rubber, the little hunk of black plastic was more than happy to jump straight into the role of flight simulator joystick, and performed equally as well in such a role. It's Windows 98, SE, Millenium, 2000, & XP compatible and all that over an USB Connector. But the best thing about the Cyborg evo is the many ways you can adjust the joystick with some chunky metal thumb screws so you can use this...

...This is, quiet simply – the best joystick I have ever used. You get a throttle, eight buttons and a shift key should you want to assign to functions to a button, a mini joystick to control, say, head movement and a rotateable stick to control, say, roll. Phew! The stick is very comfortable, more so than the force feedback version which has a huge base, leaving your wrist unsupported, though you do have to be right handed. It handles all the game types you would expect a non-arcade joystick to handle. Just the same, it’s terrible at all the sort of games you would expect it to be terrible at. Platform games, puzzle games, first person shooters, etc. I challenge you to find a better joystick than this....
