...powder that I tried was Green & Black's Organic Cocoa Powder. The company is probably best known for their Organic chocolate which can be found in most shops these days, but they have been branching out producing some cooking products, easter eggs and various other food items. It is a litte more expensive than some cocoa powders in the shops, but for me, those extra pennies are very much worth it!

Green and Black's - there is no Mr. Green and no Mr. Black. The name is meant to symbolise what the product is - Green for organic and Black for the rich dark brown, almost black, colour of the powder (it just looks brown to me!)
Packaging - A small dark brown cardboard pot with a plastic lid. Once you remove the lid there is an airtight foil top. The lettering on the front, in gold, tells you that is organic ... ...is Fairtrade and has the Soil Association mark. The pot holds 125g (4.4 oz).
Nutritional information -
350 kcal (that's less than 20 a teaspoon)
23.6g protein
13.6g carbohydrate
22.3g fat
No sugar - a great plus for diabetics who want to drink it or use it in baking.
My Experience of it - Once you open that foil top the chocolate smell hits you - mmmm!!
It makes a delicious hot bedtime drink though the lack of sugar takes some getting used ...
