TOTAL RUBBISH!!
i WAS stupid and as i am ashamed to admit desperate enough to get a "loan" from them....
Probably one of the WORST mistakes i could have made!
First of all, the "friendly staff" at the call centre where arrogant to the extreme. Mocking, humiliating and well just down rite rude!
Anyway as the first couple of weeks passed there "Agent" came round once a week acting like some sort of "Big shot loan Shark"
not a problem at first i have to admit but as it got to about week 8 i asked for another loan as the "claim" to give the same day, my answer was... "No as i need the money i have to MOT my car" the EXACT words from there "Agent"
That's NOTHING compared to the response i got two weeks later....
i HAD informed them i would be going on holiday for 2 weeks to Spain and the day after i got back with my family the agent was back......
In the MIDDLE of my baby's FIRST birthday party the agent more or less kicked my door in stormed in to the living room and by this time my Children as well as about 20 others kids were screaming, as this agent had forced himself into my house and stood shouting and threating me infront of my children there friends and there parents, Demanding "his" money. Telling me i had STOLEN from him?
well i had told him i was on holiday and his response was "no you were not, I would have been told" so i phoned the Police and as i had expected he ran before they could get there, I reported him to the Police and his Company, Who assured me he would get the sack.....
and they would in an act of kind pay off my remaining loan........
Or so i though, The next week i saw him STILL doing "Doorstep" collecting for Greenwoods and to my total Horror i received a letter from debt collectors DEMANDING the remaining money!

So I would Very STRONGLY advise ANYONE NOT to ever get a loan from this down market loan shark company...........
