Disadvantages lots ie..threats of court action false promises abusive staff
Well imo these are the worse loan company out there.
There staff are clueless.There loan men and women lie to you
they also like to use threats of court action. they never turn up on the day there meant to collect instead they show up on random days that suit them and if you happen to not be home then exspect a letter shortly afterwards stating that you are refusing to pay and they will take action agaist you if you dont!
i had one of there area managers MIke as my agent. and i could not beleave some of the things he came out with over the phone to me. just dam right blatent lies
oh and there very good at not handing you a payment book. instead they find its ok to just write how much you payed on anything they can find i actually have 2 recipes written on tear offs of takeout menus?????
basically a sleezy loan company full of clueless abusive staff who like to use threats.
stay well away from them. id rather suffer then use these again anytime soon
