Greenwoods Personal Credit

Basically, I was approved for a £500 loan. New guy working for them, Hadn't a clue. Said there was no need for a birth certificate, Just show us your address. Fair enough.
He's on his way, But is half an hour late. So I call him. He said he'd be 5 minutes, Just near my house. Called 20 minutes later and he'd been stopped by the police for talking on his mobile phone whilst driving. So, I ring his manager(I wasn't impressed) She told me I couldn't have the loan, As I didn't have a birth certificate. She said he was a new agent and that he was wrong. Ring back when you have a birth certificate she says. Sure enough, 6 weeks later, I call and get told I've been refused because I've already applied once in a 3 month period. Absolutely appalling. To top that off, I applied 3 months later, Was only allowed £150.00. So, The lady comes round(After she said she would call me to arrange a suitable time) at 8.00 am in the morning. Woke the whole household up, Including me. Said she needed documents now. I said I needed to find them, Come back tomorrow. Said she'd ring. However, She came round at 8.30am this time. Her excuse? She was due for a doctors appointment so thought she'd kill 2 birds with one stone. My partner told her I was unwell(Which I was) and still getting some rest. She rudely demanded she sees me now. So, I go down and she demands the documents once more. We have an awkward conversation and I told her I was going back to bed. I looked and felt so ill. Anyway, We finally get the loan. She sets a date, Time etc to collect the repayments. She never turned up to collect it. So I went out. She came round a couple of hours later and my partner explained she was late and that I needed to get on and go out. So she started getting aggressive, And swearing, Saying stuff like ''She really doesn't want to p*ss me off! She's never been back since and now I just keep threatening letters.
P.S They can't actually take you to court. Under law, They are classed as loan sharks, And the courts frown upon them for taking advantage of the poor and/or vulnerable. They just try to scare you. Don't worry, Seriously.
