Time Wizard is a monster is weak when viewed from ATK and DEF strength, but this card actually has a very useful effect for its owners. If in a state of urgency we can use this card. Because this card can destroy all monsters your opponent by throwing a coin, but if one of the monster's own will to die and reduce the Life Points by half the number of ATK monster that destroyed his own property. So we're just relying on luck or not.
