The grobag is a fantastic invention which stops the constant getting up and down in the night to put the blankets back over your baby when they manage to kick them off in the night. Grobags are baby sleeping bags which fasten at the shoulders and are worn almost like a dress/dungarees. They come in different thickness- Tog rating- like a quilt. So you are able to decide which tog rating is needed, for example, in the summer when it's warm you will only need a 1tog or if it's colder you may need a 3tog. They come in different patterns and designs so you may chose whether you want a girlie pink one or a boy blue one etc. The main purpose of these grobags is to stop the baby from getting cold during the night as they may do with a blanket. Grobags Aren't Just For Tomatoes.

Advantages: Provides a safe warm sleeping environment.
Disadvantages: They don't make an adult version for me.

Grobags come in different sizes ranging from: 0-6 months 6-18 months 18-36 months 3-6 years They also come in different togs: 0.5 tog (for hot weather or very warm rooms 24C-27C) 1.0 tog (for warm weather or warm rooms 20C-24C) 2.5 tog (for standard temperature rooms 16C-20C) Each grobag comes with a room thermometer which also has an indicator along side it telling you which would be the most suitable tog bag to use at certain temperatures. We generally use a 2.5 tog for most of the year and just change the amount of clothing that my son is wearing underneath, and only when it is very hot we then use the 1.0 tog version. A great little sleeping bag

Advantages: snuggly!
Disadvantages: it's made me want one!

at. They come with different Tog ratings like a quilt- 2.5tog is what we use in the winter and 1.tog for now it's warmer. I bought this Pirate sleeping bag for my nephew who is now 10 months and he loves it. It's very soft to touch compared to his other sleeping bag which is made from cord, this one is really soft and the lining is nice and snuggly, I would quite like one in my size so I could get in and nod off too! It's a brilliant invention, my nephew loves them I'm just wondering how long he'll be in them for?! Maybe when he's 18 he'll still be wanting to go to bed in his grobag! They last them for ages too, they aren't just in limited months like baby grows which only seem to last the odd few weeks... grobags are designed so your baby canwear them for longer as they don't need to be a snug fit so long as the poppers fit ...
