The feel of the hardware is substandard.

This is a poorly made product with slow dissapointing results. The quality of the sound and image are bad. The feel of the hardware is substandard. It is unnecessarily heavy and bulky. The only redeeming feature is the remote control is easy to use and well laid out. The colour of the casing is scruffy and unattrractive and it very very quickly began to look old and tired. I was most dissapointed that the picture quality was so flakey that is was almost less attractive the one of my aging tired VHS videos.
