The GtechSW02 is a superb cordless vacumn cleaner. I would recommend it to anyone. It is very lightweight and cleans really well. I thought it was so good I bought one for a friend who had a stroke and couldn't manage her normal vacumn cleaner.
It has a small tray which pulls out so it is very easily emptied. The plastic guard at the front can be removed to clean right up to the surface which is useful for stair cleaning but to be honest it is rarely necessary to remove it. It cleans up broken glass, and even heavy things like metal screws.
The picture above shows it without a handle but it does come with an
adjustable handle which easily alters for different heights The handle can be removed if required, and then it can be used as a hand held vac, for cleaning stairs on top of a sofa.
It is simple but very effective ...

I live in a small flat,floors are wooden,with only a small rug,so I was obviously looking for something not to big which cleans all surfaces and dosen't take up loads of space.I came across this little beauty.The GTECHSW O2 cordeless electronic sweeper.
For a start it's British made,not much of that around these days,it comes in 4 parts,slots together easily,so even useless me had no bother assembling it,honest!!!
It even comes with a bright yellow duster for cleaning hard to reach places,like tops of cupboards,blinds etc,you just attach it to the removable tube.It also converts to handheld for stairs,or for use in the car.The sweeper itself is very colorful,purple and gray and the charging unit is a fab purple,God aint I sad.So to recap all you do is assemble,charge for an intial 13 hours and the sweeper can then be used ...
