This is a fantastic exfoliater - which requires no scrubbing!!

I got my first taste of this gel in a Guinot pack from my local beauty salon.

The Packaging:
It was a little orange bottle with 'Gommage Biologique' (Biological Peeling Radiance Gel) written on it, which didn't mean much to me at the time really! It has now been rebranded with the rest of the Guinot range in a white and red bottle which is equally as nice. To dispense it is a screw top, and you just squeeze it out of the small hole straight onto your fingers.

The Product:
Gommage Biologique is thick, with a very similar texture to a peel off face mask. It is clear and spreads evenly easily over your face. It has a fresh smell and is very pleasant to the touch.

To Use:
To use this you firstly need to cleanse your face, then apply a small blob to your finger and slowly massage all over and into your skin. This product is very different to others in that the more you massage it the more it liquefies and becomes watery to the touch. This is supposed to happen and once it is fully liquefied (which takes around 2 mins at the most) you rinse it off and then carry on with your normal skin care routine. This is an extremely relaxing product and feels wonderful on your fingertips and your face.

How it works:
Gommage Biologique is, like all of the Guinot range, not tested on animals and is hypoallergenic.
It works by using fruit acid enzymes (citrus fruits, sugar cane & apple) to soften the keratin links between dead surface skin cells so that they are lifted and removed to renew your skin. It also contains Green Tea which as many of you will know is renowned for its anti oxidant properties and will help to give your skin an extra boost to leave you glowing. It also contains Shea Butter which helps to soften and smooth your skin.

My experience:
This is a fantastic product for maintaining really healthy glowing skin. It removes the dead skin cells and you can really see the difference!! I love the texture of it and it works every time. It is so gently on my skin, I have never had any problems with it, so if your skin tends to react badly to harsher facial scrubs and exfoliater's then give this a try as I am sure you won't go back!
