I have always been a religious user of all products Elemis, don't get me wrong I still think they are great, but I was truly amazed by this cream. We use Guinot at the salon I work in and although I had used the product on clients, I had not on myself and you can never see or feel the full effects unless it is on yourself. When I was at work on Saturday, my skin was feeling awful, it was oily, dehydrated, felt dirty and generally just overloaded and uck!! So I thought I'd give myself a little mini facial. I removed all my make up with Guinot Cleanser and then used the matching toner (I will review these seperately) then I applied this desensitising protective cream. bad concealer

Advantages: none
Disadvantages: over priced, poor quality

I have used L'oreals touche magique concealer for many years, but decided to try Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat Highlighter as a lot of people have said how good it is. When I first applied it, it did not seem to cover up dark circles half as good as the concealer I currently use. The packaging and pen its self does look good, it is very easy to apply and does look better compared to not wearing any concealer or highlighter at all. This product in my opinion is poor value for money, compared to other products on the market, that do a much better job of concealing and highlighting that are half the price. I believe that you are paying for the name rather than the quality of the product. ...

Concealed Evidence

and there must be cheaper products around that do the same I hear you say? So far I have not heard of any cheaper that do the job as well. So, I have a choice here, surgery or £20, somehow £20 works for me! Eager to use my new product the instant I got home, I throw away the box and instructions and got to grips with the sleek stylish Gold metal pen, which is Touche Eclat. Pulled the top off and there revealed in its glory was the soft cream brush. A couple of clicks on the black button at the top pushed the concealer onto the brush. This was then applied to the dark circles and volia! I shall be honest and say the dark circles did not disappear entirely, but there was a vast improvement.
