Advantages Advantages Some Very Good Songs and Good New Instruments

    Disadvantages Disadvantages The Price

** Price ** Guitar Hero: World Tour is a rather expensive video game with prices circulating around £159.99. Good places to buy this from are Game, Gamestation and also Argos where you can pay back in 6 months if you have a store card. To find the cheapest price you should use a comparison website. ** What is included ** In the full band pack you get; a guitar, a set of drums, a usb microphone (that you can use for other games like BoogieStar for the Wii and Rockband and also to record audio on a computer) and the actual game itself. ** The songs ** This guitar hero contains some famous bands ... more

Advantages Advantages Days and days and days of rocking out!

Disadvantages Disadvantages Not as many top tunes as you would have thought

What can i say about this game that probably hasnt already been said? Its so much fun that you easily forget what you had planned for the upcoming few days! I purchased this lot and got myself a free bass guitar (can use gh3 guitar if you have it on the same format) and immediately rang round to get a band together and rock out. Within the space of half hour everyone was wanting to get on the drums and have a whack along to the 80+ songs you could play. Of course being the owner of the game, im first on the drums, make sure you shotgun it whenever you have people round to play!! As i said ... more

Advantages Advantages great new additions + great for parties

Disadvantages Disadvantages some sensetivity problems with the hardware

Having been a huge fan of the series since the beginning I was eager to get the next edition of the franchise, especially with the addition of the drums, and microphone as well as other upgrades to the guitar. Initially, overly impressed! Playing as a band with friends is a great laugh and all compnents are easy enough to get a grip of, especially with the new beginner mode for people new to the genre. I'd read a few reports of either over sensetive or under sensetive drums, and at first it seemed okay, but I'd noticed that mine too were having some problems. However - a quick enquiry on the ... more

    Advantages Advantages easy and enjoyable

Disadvantages Disadvantages bit pricey for some

a great evolution of the guitar hero series the new guitar is bigger, more realistic and with the new edition of the touchpad on the frets makes solo's more fun and interesting than before. also in my opinion using the new touchpad is so much cooler. the song list is good with some great songs, i think, on there but not as many huge hits as you could expect. also dissapointingly unlike GH3 there is no "talk about" song such as one or through fire and flames, which were extremly difficult to master. the multiplayer on experiance on world tour is to be honest outstanding. The edition of drums ... more

Advantages Advantages Great Fun With Mates

Disadvantages Disadvantages Too Expensive For Some

In my experience Guitar Hero World Tour has to be one of the greatest game out. Not only does it provide an enthralling experience alone, one in which i myself have spent have spent hours trying to complete, but it really provides a truely brilliant and entertaining experience when you hav a few mates over all playing together. It may cost a considerable amount for all the instruments, but in my opinion it's really worth the price. The graphics are satisfactory, but it really stands out it the sound department, it has not just taken tracks from cds, but has live recordings and master recordins ... more
