My Stagg M20 Mandolin looks rather like a morphed violin

Advantages: Inexpensive. Not too difficult to learn
Disadvantages: Essential accessories, ie picks, case and strap need purchasing separately

Advantages: Great sound and feel considering how inexpensive it is.
