L Loved this Guitars

Advantages: Perfect
Disadvantages: more weight

Ephiphone is great brand .This guitar is good for all condition .This one had the biggest "bark" and was the easiest on the fingers. This model have a good points: -The guitar has "bling" -The guitar has "bark" -The setup was perfect -There were no flaws that I could detect to the workmanship About the quality this is Rivals the high-priced Gibson counterpart in sound and playability. Is this the best acoustic in the world, NO. Would you see ...

review of Epiphone Hummingbird Acoustic Guitar

Advantages: very playable
Disadvantages: short sustain

The Epipiphone Hummingbird is my first Acoustic guitar i have not stolen off my dad. £300 is not a bad deal, seeing as the Gibson acoustics are all around £3000. The looks and finish of this guitar are very nice, i enjoy graphics on my guitar as long as they arent too loud, and this 'mockingbird' illustration is just plain pleasent. The shape of the guitar is perfect so that it can sit on your lap for hours and not ache, partly due to its incredibly ...
...you can get for a £300 acoustic, and times I thought I was playing an electric, the fretboard was just so slim, the strings were at perfect distance from the fretboard. The sound is not as good as the playability I must admit, probably because of the lightweight body, it is not hard enough to sustain the notes for a very long time, but I'd still say the sound and sustain are both average and what you'd expect for £300. I am unsure as to how long ...

epihone not bad guitar

Advantages: warm tone
Disadvantages: pickup need to be change

...do and replaced the feeble epiphone pups with a pair of original 1982 stamped patent number cream Gibson 'buckers/surrounds I got off Fleabay and the tuners with Gibsons Deluxe 58 reissues. Sounds like everything you could ever want it to be. Beautiful. I tend to play guitars to death, so I'm pretty sure this will stand the test of time. Body seems prone to the odd ding, or two, but it gives the thing character (so they say!) I've no real problems ...

Just Go And Feel It

Advantages: Light, tough, great balance
Disadvantages: Expensive

Owning Gibson is an honour and if it is Gibson J-45 rosewood acoustic it is both honour and delight. It is very is to be biased for the Taylors, Honners, Martins but with this one it is total passionate bias. Just strum it and immediately feel its out-of-the-world balance- bass, midrange, treble-as if electronically equalized. In fact the touch is great. Smooth neck, comfortablely angled. Frankly speaking it has got a tone of its own, just something ...
...doubt its toughness, go live, keep strumming J-45 takes it all with mute stoicism. As all Gibsons, J-45 do not generally have pickups. Mahogony neck, fairly midium sized, beautifully sloped shoulder body, whitebound fingerboard and headstock and ofcourse Gibson special ebony. Tell me why shouldn't Bob Dylan love it?? ...

Casino Bigsby.... bigger and better

Advantages: cheap, good sound, nice colour, very good construction
Disadvantages: wimpy tuners

FIRST OF ALL: I recently bought a Casino, the new Casino Bigsby. I own four other guitars, a Rickenbacker 360/12v64, a Gibson j160e, a Gretsch Country classic 1962 II and a US fender stratocaster. Still the Casino is one of the best guitars I have ever played. I play in a Beatles tribute band, I play the role of Harrison, and of course the Casino was a must. So when I spotted the Casino Bigsby, I was in Love right away and lucky enough for me this ...
...real must-have for every Beatle maniac ;o) ABOUT THE CASINO: Almost everything about this guitar is pure joy, the playing action, the construction, the sound. The only thing about this guitar I don´t like is the fake Kluson-style tuners. These should have been swabbed into something better before it left the factory. THE SOUND: The sound in this guitar is perfect. It has the treble of a vintage ES335 and the playability of a Stratocaster. All ...
