The Ovation Country Artist classical guitar is what one would expect from and American made Ovation. It is equally at home on the stage or in the studio. The acoustic sound is unbalanced, as the wound strings over power the nylon/gut strings, but plug it in and this guitar shines. My daughter has just got this guitar for school guitar lessons and really has taken to it very well. It is easy for her to handle, light enough to carry back and forth. It is a good looking guitar and her firends have asked to have a go on it. It would be good if guitars were alittle more colourful as too many are based on the traditional format.
