epihone not bad guitar

Advantages: warm tone
Disadvantages: pickup need to be change

...do and replaced the feeble epiphone pups with a pair of original 1982 stamped patent number cream Gibson 'buckers/surrounds I got off Fleabay and the tuners with Gibsons Deluxe 58 reissues. Sounds like everything you could ever want it to be. Beautiful. I tend to play guitars to death, so I'm pretty sure this will stand the test of time. Body seems prone to the odd ding, or two, but it gives the thing character (so they say!) I've no real problems ...

Casino Bigsby.... bigger and better

Advantages: cheap, good sound, nice colour, very good construction
Disadvantages: wimpy tuners

FIRST OF ALL: I recently bought a Casino, the new Casino Bigsby. I own four other guitars, a Rickenbacker 360/12v64, a Gibson j160e, a Gretsch Country classic 1962 II and a US fender stratocaster. Still the Casino is one of the best guitars I have ever played. I play in a Beatles tribute band, I play the role of Harrison, and of course the Casino was a must. So when I spotted the Casino Bigsby, I was in Love right away and lucky enough for me this ...
...real must-have for every Beatle maniac ;o) ABOUT THE CASINO: Almost everything about this guitar is pure joy, the playing action, the construction, the sound. The only thing about this guitar I donīt like is the fake Kluson-style tuners. These should have been swabbed into something better before it left the factory. THE SOUND: The sound in this guitar is perfect. It has the treble of a vintage ES335 and the playability of a Stratocaster. All ...

No competition for the Pacifica

Advantages: Very cheap to buy, very nice sound.
Disadvantages: Boring standard shape.

...to anyone starting guitar. The Yamaha Pacifica sounds much better than any other guitar in its price range, and is much more versatile. It is a combination of the telecaster and stratocaster style sounds. The guitar is also very strong, its a heavy, well built guitar. I have never had any problems with my pacifica, and now mine is more than 10 years old, the only problem I have with it is the pick guard has turned a slight yellowy colour. Maybe ...

An extremely versatile and reliable guitar!

Advantages: The classic bread and butter of our time - beautiful and brilliant
Disadvantages: expensive and daunting to a beginner

There is, unsurprisingly, a reason why this guitar is so successful - it is an absolute icon of our time. For years to come, people will look at that familiar rounded outline and remember their rockstar hopes and fantasies, as well as their most epic jam sessions! I have only been playing guitar for two years and have had no professional instruction, i was delighted to find out early on that i was naturally talented at playing and advanced quite ...
...have taught a couple of my friends. I own this guitar in Alpine White and it looks sublime, the gold pickups are beautifully worn giving it a well played look and the sound is almost perfect in every way. I chose this guitar based purely on a long time obsession with the beauty of Les Pauls', i went straight here from a cheap knock off strat and have never looked back. I have heard horror stories about people going through a plethora of poor guitars ...

Epiphone Dot Experience

Advantages: Looks good.Plays well. The sound is exactly what you'd expect from a Dot.
Disadvantages: Sometimes loses tune faster than my other guitars

Okay i've had this guitar for around 7 months now.I've never had a problem with it. In my opinion it feels amazing to play.I use a fender hot rod deluxe and they really go together well. i can get anywhere from jazzy cleans to brit rock drive and it feels natural in both. It's also good to play unplugged around the house.Pickup height makes a big difference in sound on this guitar,The action's easy to adjust and plays well very very low. Sometimes ...
