Hypovalaemic
I was sent a cheaper alternative to what I ordered. When I notified them they told me "the packaging had changed"!
I then found that this was incorrect and I had been sold an inferior product. Eventually got refund after advice from Consumer Direct. Overall not a pleasant shopping experience.
