This is without a doubt the BEST sunblock ... ...white like some drugstore brands I've tried, or heavy and greasy like the few Clinique ones I've used before.

This is without a doubt the BEST sunblock I've tried to date. For the hefty SPF, it's not white like some drugstore brands I've tried, or heavy and greasy like the few Clinique ones I've used before. According to some experts, spf30 is as high as you should go because any additional spf doesn't help much and the extra chemicals can be terrible for your skin. Solar Block is a thick but light, white cream. When you apply it, it is absorbed very fast and there is no heavy feeling. It's perfect on the face and under makeup. (You can use it on the body obviously, but I usually use Coppertone on my arms and all, because it's less expensive... 1.7oz will run out VERY fast if you use it everywhere, but whatever makes you happy! I know if I could bear to fork out the money, I'd throw out the Coppertone too!) It's got lots of good stuff (marine extracts and vitamins) so it's definitely not going to be bad for your skin. If you have oilier skin in summer, you might want to use it as a face moisturiser. There's a slight scent, but I'm not sure if it's fragrance or the ingredients. It certainly doesn't smell like the other sunblocks! Very pleasant overall.
