H2o Steam MOP

the mop left my floors really wet even when i altered my "technique" as suggested by the helpline. the mop cloths came away during use which was very annoying as i had to try and reaffix the cloths whilst they were boiling hot and dirty. didnt clean well into the kickspaces under kitchen cupboards. when the electrical cord split and came away from the unit we were asked to return it for inspection and promised refunds / replacements etc., but parcel mysteriously failed to arrive - customer service very poor - had to chase them for weeks for updates then a brisk "claim from royal mail" suggestion - no apology, nothing - felt stitched up & stabbed in the back. looking for different model and would NEVER BUY FROM THANE DIRECT again.
