This Haba Ballino is a cute little clutching toy, with a wiggle. The flexible core makes the ballino pliable and if you shake it, the sides touch and clatter making it like a rattle. You can also roll it across the floor just like a ball!
Advantages: Exceptional Value, Plenty to See and Do Disadvantages: Pieces can get mis-placed
...'re supposed to go in there and can't understand why they don't always fit. The other problem is that with being quite small they can easily be removed and lost.

Here we have a little kennel sticking out of the side of the house. It's yellow the same as the rest of the walls but has a pink slanted room to make it stand out. There's a large arched purple doorway with a doggy sat inside clutching a bone. The whole of the doggy is one button that when pressed makes a doggy whining sound followed by a few barks. My cats feel this is a realistic dog noise. There's not much activity to be had at this end but it's nice that they've thought to include activities at every angle as a matter of keeping baby interested in viewing the house as a 3D object with things you can't always see. A lot of baby toys are flat with all...

Advantages: Great fun, very robust, parent-friendly features. Disadvantages: Possibly misleading age range.
...man about town to carry round his ‘work’ like Daddy with his laptop!
I would highly recommend the book called ‘I Know My abc’. Our son learnt his alphabet in the ay, bee, see style. Unfortunately children need to learn the phonics in order to build up words, which we hadn’t foreseen. Just before Christmas we started to tell him that letters have sounds. We had two or three letters done within a week, but with ‘I Know My abc’ he had the whole lot mastered within a couple of days! Each letter is accompanied by a catchy tune with the words “A sounds like a, A sounds like a, Every letter makes a sounds, A sounds like a” etc. Fantastic – I’m now wander round the supermarket singing the song while nervous mothers clutch their offspring.
My First LeapPad costs between £25-£30 (ours cost £27.50 from Toys ‘R’ Us) and each additional book costs...

Advantages: Lightweight, comfy padded seat, suspension system, fully adjustable handle height and incline Disadvantages: May be a bit pricier than other lightweight pushchairs in the market
...When my 2nd child had grown to a much bigger size at 9 months old, I was looking at the option of purchasing a 2nd stroller after struggling with an expensive Mamas & Papas Pliko Argento pushchair for the past few years both with my 1st child and my 2nd child. I did lots of research on the Internet and tried out some pushchairs in Mothercare and Toys R Us but didn't find anything I wanted (I wanted a very lightweight stroller that is easy to steer, folds and opens very easily, is comfy for my baby to sit in). The one closest to what I'm looking for was MacLaren Volo, which was lightweight enough for me and easy enough to use, but I wasn't very happy about the mesh seat on the Volo as I wanted a more "substantial" padded seat for my baby.
I'd heard about the Bebe Confort Vit through reading Babyworld.co.uk reviews and wanted to try it...

Clutch are somewhat like the living reincarnation of Led Zeppelin - but much, much heavier - and much, much, much more Texan (Although they're not actually from Texas). Not an adjective often used to describe a band I know, but trust me - it... more
