What on earth is this?
This is a multi effects unit, which can be used for live and recording work. It comes with a bundle of features, and is easy to use and reliable. I have owned one for 2 years..... Not even a small problem. Never failed me in anyway. JUST THE TICKET! I know that when I practice, record or take it for a bit of a rough evening or live gigging.
Note: According to www.digitech.com this is now a discontinued product, and so no more are being made.... glad I got mine when I did! So there is still some floating around, and they are at a really good price, a couple of years ago they were on sale for £180, I got mine for £120. Now I see them at around £80 depending on condition of the unit.

Advantages: Good quality reception, plenty of channels avalible Disadvantages: Expensive, limited HD channels so far
with it is the limted HD reception, admitedly it does look a lot better than normal digital. But it may just be the area i am in but i only have 1 dedicated HD channel. The rest have to be found by using the red button on the normal show. And even then the only HD tv seems to be football or tennis, admitedly for me it is not a bad thing. Im sure the variety can only get better though. Maybe doesn`t justify the expensive but is a solid all round freeview box. ...
