Just a brief opinion. I have had a few credit agreements with HFC and thought that their interest rates were quite high. But i phoned them today for a personal loan and they were most helpful, they took all my details over the phone and explained different options to me. They also offered me a 2% discout because i'm an existing customer. In fact their rates are about the same as natwest which surprised me. Anyway it's nice for me to write something positive for a change, they are definetly worth a call for a loan. Have no website though.
