I ordered a few dvds from HMV over 7 days ago now and they are still yet to arrive, having been charged for these items as well I fail to see why its taking them too long to get stuff sent out! I am not a happy customer, having used the website for the first time I found it easy to follow and use but am very upset about the delivery taking so long!
Apparently this is due to a company relocation to Guernsey, which has caused major delays with stock getting out of the warehouse, however the funny thing is that in my orders section of the website, which allows you to view your current orders and indicates dispatch times, its says that they are ready and will be dispatched soon! Rather odd way to put it in my opinion, either the item is ready or you haven't got it but why say its awaiting dispatch for 3 days! Not happy!

I've used HMV Online a lot in the past and i've nop problem with them as yet. You need to add a lot info about HMV Online - Whether the site is easy to us, what types of products do they offer, details of shipping costs etc etc. In my opinion your review was just one big rant, you can mention your experiences whether they are good or bad, that fine, you just haven't told me anthing about the site in general. If you re-write your review let me know and I will re-rate it for you -Flash-

Ooh that's a bit naughty of them, they should put a message on the website saying they have delays if that's the case
