In my eyes, the DV6 is proof that laptops are very affordable. THE HP PRINTER

Advantages: FAST IN PRINTING AND OF GOOD QUALITY.
Disadvantages: LARGE AND HEAVY.

This is the type of printer that I will recommend for office use because of its quality and the rate of printing. This is a laser printer and the most of all is that it also prints colour. It has a marvelous colour production that makes the printed issue too original and bright. HP Customer Service

Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Foreign speaking "HELPLINE". Unhelpful helpline. Absolutely no idea of good customer service.

What customer service? You buy a laptop and within one day it crashes. The helpline refer you to a store which was not the store you bought it at. You keep calling them and they keep sending you back to PC World. Why? Why? Why? Apparently HP Compaq do not provide telephone support., or face to face support or support via email or by letter. If you need drivers then they ask you to pay £69.95 even though the drivers were not present when you bought the PC. You need help updating them? No they don't do that either. When ask them where you can find help they refer you to PC World. PCW of course just do not want to know. Why should they? I never bought the laptop there. Now the shop where I did buy it will not take the machine back as I have altered the software by updating the drivers I was advised to update by HP Compaq ...
