I have been using this laptop for a couple of months and I think, for the money, this is an exceptional piece of equipment. My couple of gripes are long charging time, the right mouse button feels loose, it now takes a very long time to boot up (it was fine new and I have not added much software) and a very limiting hard drive. Also, this unit comes with 512mb ram but can only be upgraded to a max 1gb and uses special ram chips that need to be ordered in (extra pins they tell me)
On the other hand, screen quality is excellent, keyboard feels good, reasonable connectivity (no docking ports though) and wireless connection is good.
overall I recommended this as an excellent entry level laptop.
