We've had this in our office now for just under a couple of months, it was bought to replace an older printer which was mis feeding and eating paper by the reem nearly!
It was very easy and quick to install onto our network with no outside assistance as it comes with a driver ( this includes instructions about manual duplexing and general use), it also comes with HP toolbox software which is mainly concerned with consumables (toner cartridges etc). On that note, it requires 4 different toner cartridges which is pretty standard for this quality of machine which are easily installed a the front of the machine hinges backwards allowing easy access for maintenance.
It runs on a USB socket to link t to a computer (you'll find it at the right hand side) and at the back you'll find the power cable. It has a 250 page paper tray which holds up to A4 size and theres also a single feed slot for envelopes. It has minimal buttons for control, just 4 and a 16 character LCD display, (the display has no backlight and can prove a bit tricky to read for our more senior members of staff).
The printer looks good although is a bit bulky considering it is just a colour laser jet, the print quality is superb although it is a bit slower than its advertised 8ppm and particularly slow from standby mode, however, for us this isn't a problem but its worth considering if you intend to use it continually for high speed printing.
Its good value for money but if you want a super fast printer, I wouldn't recommend this model.
