This is the type of printer that I will recommend for office use because of its quality and the rate of printing. This is a laser printer and the most of all is that it also prints colour. This is the type of printer that really suites office use and professional functions. The hp printer is the best among all the printers that I have come across because of the efficiency and innovative features. It is also the laser printer type and it has marvelous color productions. Good little colour printer! Network ready, works well with my Mac and PC over ethernet. Installed easily on both. Initial toner cartridges are not full capacity, but mine ran to around 950 pages when black, followed shortly but magenta and cyan ran out. Tip for using this printer: switch on the supplies warning override. It was telling me to replace toner at around 600 pages, I got 350 pages more before needing too! It prints fast at a speed of up to 8ppm colour and 12ppm black, clear and high quality upto 600x600dpi. It has duplex print options, 2 paper trays with input capacity of a maximum 150 sheets and maximum output of 125sheets.
