...I have recently bought this lovely looking HP Colour LaserJet 2500L. At first glance, this printer looks massive and it is. It is about 1/2 a metre in depth plus about 10cm for cables. The printer its self is pretty silent and their are lots of different coloured LEDs for different areas of the printer, flashing all the time. HP Colour LaserJet 2500L has a LED for each primary colour and when the ink is low in that colour it starts to flash and then the problem starts. It took me about 10 mins to work out how to get the printer to work with a lack of red. The Print speed is not to bad but the amount of time it takes for the printer to gather the information feels like eternity. The price isn't too bad compared to other LaserJets on the Market....

...The thing about this printer is that it is very fast at printing and it doesn't lack the top quality of the pages that it prints. This is good because some printers try to have a quick printing speed and have bad quality printing. SO I believe that HP have reached a very fine line that would be hard to repeat. So if you are looking for a printer to buy then this is certainly a good printer and I recommend it a lot. Thank you for listening to me and reading my opinion....

Advantages: Prints Fast, Good Quality Disadvantages: Cannot print on 110lb cardstock
...I have had my HP Laserjet 1600 for a couple of months now and at first I wasn't to pleased with the colour quality, but after it got broken in it started getting better. I use it quite a bit, sometimes printing 500 sheets a day, so it seems to stand up to the work load that I put it through. One drawback to the HP Laserjet 1600 is if you're printing card stock it cannot print on 110 lb paper. I should have checked into this before purchasing it but I didn't. It seems to do 67lb card stock well through. All in all I would say for the price of the unit it is a great printer and serves it's purpose with what I need it for. Can't go wrong with it....

This is another piece of kit from work that weve been using now for about 8 months. The poor thing has been dumped in the computer suite as a workhorse for the hoards of print happy kids who pass through it all day. Alas, it has failed the task - through more
We've had this in our office now for just under a couple of months, it was bought to replace an older printer which was mis feeding and eating paper by the reem nearly!

This is our printer we used at work, and it's not a domestic quality in my view, as it's very expensive and quite large, but my goodness if you are doing high volume printing then this baby is the mutt's nuts.
This is simply fab.

I am stunned at how much the price of laser printers has dropped in the last 10 years or so. Three years ago I bought a Samsung mono laser printer for just under £90, now that same printer can be had... more
