What customer service? You buy a laptop and within one day it crashes. The helpline refer you to a store which was not the store you bought it at. You keep calling them and they keep sending you back to PC World. Why? Why? Why?

Now the shop where I did buy it will not take the machine back as I have altered the software by updating the drivers I was advised to update by HP Compaq.

This HP Compaq laptop 610 is very good. It has a Intel Celeron M 2.10GHz processor and 160GB HDD. My dad has the same laptop.
