...Hp is the best computer brand to date. Hp is the most user friendly, most customizable, and also the most stable. I have never heard of a bad review about Hp before. Definitely recommend Hp to a friend. Hp seems to last the longest out of any Pc. Hp customer care is very genuine and you always get a live person. There are a number of things you can customize, the chassis (body) with different sizes, designs, and a number of different styles. Prices are the only down side to these computers, although you know you are getting genuine products and parts. You can also at any time send in your computer and get it re-done to keep up with time.I don't see any reason not to buy one....

...Well, HP have moved on to computers now. Even though they only make 0.08% profit on each machine (compared to Dell's 8%) they still reamin true to their cause. As this is a HP machine the case is at a high standard and the optical and floppy drives match the colour of the case. The specs are just OK and the PC could be used for gameing, but not next gen. I think it would struggle with things like Farcry, but the P4 is a nice touch, though some would say a P4 woud be overkill as a PIII would suffice. It is a buisness PC and would cope very well with word processing and such, but in overclocking it kinda missed the target. Overall a nice, good looking PC but not that of a harcore gamer....

Advantages: Slim, Optional Stand, Fast Disadvantages: Only 1 PCI Slot
...In all the Compaqd530 USDT is a lovely machine to work on and to support, its slim design limits the amount of deskspace required and also the option of standing it up like a bookend is also another very appealing feature. The machine in general comes with a very fast Pentium 42.4ghz dual processor, 256 MB Ram (min) and at least a 40gb hard drive, so there is alot of nice components inside. The only thing that this type of compaq lacks is additional PCI slots, it comes with a standard 1, but thats all so if you wanted to add anyting more then 1 extra component then you would be stuffed.
We use alot of comapq machines and in terms of use in an office this is more then adequate to run all your normal programs and operating system, there is the option of upgrading or adding further memory if required, but so far i have not felt the need...
