In my experience, HP computers have always been reliable, solid, and hassle free. So for this model you are guaranteed a stable system that won't let you down. However, its functionality is severely limited. It is ideal for doing spreadsheets, documents, surfing the internet and any business you may have, but that's all it is good for. The lack of memory means it would have a hard time running more than two or three programmes at the same time. There is nothing extra or fun you could do with it. A DVD drive would let you watch DVDs, but you can't burn them, or even CDs. Lack of storage space (a mere 80 gig) means you can't keep anything more than a few documents and databases. Integrated sound and audio means you won't be able to play the latest games, or experience optimum audio performance when listening to MP3s/CDs/DVDs. It only comes with Windows XP and Vista is the future-proofed option. So for the price, you will get an excellent, cheap dependable system for doing business on, but nothing else. This would make a useful system to upgrade with, but there are cheaper options out there.
i very much agree with this review as i purchased the product and sent it back. you touched on everything really that it is a low price but im some cases, low quality with a limited amount of things it is good at.

You didn't say how much it cost, so is hard to make a judgement as to whether it is a good buy or not. If you add more information, I will re-rate. Lisa x
