HP Compaq Business Notebook 6735s

I was really pleased to find such a high spec laptop at a reasonable price.
It looks good, it's slim, and modern. The screen is fantasic and you can see it from almost all angles.
The software with this is pretty average, though I wasn't a great fan of Vista before, I have since warmed to it since using it so much on the laptop.
The keyboard is well placed, though it took a while getting used to, and as I've had it over a year the keys sometimes stick, but I've managed to pop a few keys off to clean behind them, and they are easy enough to put back on.
The laptop I was using before was a Toshiba, that was about 7 years old, so it was refreshing to have a fast laptop, and it does tick all the boxes.

However, just before the warrenty ran out the battery completely died, the laptop did inform me of this, but said that the battery is no longer under warrenty, which was disappointing to say the least. As I mostly use it while it's plugged in it didn't effect me too much, however, just after the year warrenty was up, the connecting cable stopped working and cost me £30 to replace, the computer shop we took it into said this is a common problem with HP.
I also rang HP and they were a shambles, I was passed from pillar to post and was waiting 2 weeks before they finally got me a quote to fix the probably, it was really poor service, however the people I spoke to on the phone were lovely.

However, overall the laptop is good, the battery had never really held much power. I'm sure a replacement would fix this.
