Presario C795TU is an average notebook with a very good looks and feel but unsatisfactory in ease of use from my side.
It comes with inbuilt DOS. Not even Windows XP is offered.
Have a good lay-out of 3 USB ports, a Card-Reader, DVD-RW, LAN, Modem and a serial port. Camera as an external feature is a very good one.
The multi-gesture Touch-Pad is awesome to use. I often like working with it in Windows Explorer, where it uses our gestures to control Explorer actions. Farmore, the Pad-Disable Button provides good ease of use with this device.
Beautiful and easy-touch Keyboard is also a centre of attraction and the easy-click keys gives a very sensitive sense of touch for use. The use of Function keys is also at a very appropriate and easy reachable length.
The notebook contains Altec Lansing stereo speakers which gives a very good quality of music.
I installed Windows VISTA and Win 7 on my system. If you work a long hours or simply play, the System gets Overheated very quickly and I have to StandBy to make it cool. It irritates a lot in this system.
The battery backup, in my opinion, is very poor, which gives considerably an average computing experiance. The company should work on the battery backup the most.
The C700T offers a selection of Intel processors to meet your computing needs. For light use, choose the Intel Celeron and for improved performance and multitasking, select the Intel Pentium. The 15.4" WXGA BrightView display supports high-definition playback enhanced by Altec-Lansing audio and run by preinstalled DVD Play.
