HP DVD 100i

Advantages: Very stylish, reliable high specification PC
Disadvantages: HP software not really needed.

...The hp dc7800 is a brilliant consumer product, i currently work for a computer firm and we have had quite a few HP deskyop PCs brought in and installed for our clients. The Hp desktops are very reliable and speedy machines, they tend to come complete with manufacturer software such as:- - Roxio CD/DVD creator - HP system software manager - HP protest tools security software The hp software is not really needed but the roxio cd/dvd creatpr is very useful. This PC will be perfect for business use, and possibly a decent gaming machine. Advantages: good features for the money i.e. dvd player cd re-write drive.
Disadvantages: not really any but does freeze somtimes.

...i brought a compaq pressario a couple of months ago, i think that its an exellent deal and can be for office or home use. Also you get about 200 pounds of softwear such as games. it costs £812 and it comes with dvd player and cd re-write and its also very fast. I think that this is an exellent computer for the money. The down side of this is that the screen does freeze somtimes but thats about it. I bought this computer because of a past experience of a good compaq computer. i would recamend you buy it if you want a reasonably hi-tech computer at an afordable price.... Read review

Advantages: CAN PURCHASE VERY CHEAPLY AT EBAY
Disadvantages: NO LONGER MADE AND NO LONGER SUPPORTED BY HP

...We bought an hp omnibook 600 from ebay with warranty about four years ago, when we tried to get the warranty extended we were told that hp no longer support them so beware, we needed a new computer and a laptop is portable so we decided to buy one, this was our first laptop and my husband still uses it now, although its old it still looks as new, no dead pixels, very lightweight, my husband uses the internet a lot and this was ideal for him. Although they are no longer covered by hp if you get one and look after it theres no reason that it wont last you, ours is older than four years old, and the spec isnt brilliant but it does its job, we have never had to have it looked at. Spec: pentium 3, 256RAM, 850mhz, dvd, removable floppy drive, 2OGB hd.... Read review
