...I bought this plotter about two month ago since then if it has work properly for two weeks is a lot. To begging with it came with the cutter defective it took HP about a two weeks to have a new cutter send to the technician that was fixing the plotter. When I finally got my cutter working properly the car in which the cutter runs was not working properly. The technician requested info from HP and never got and answers back. I had to call personally HP to see what was going on and was told I was going to be contacted by the person that was taking care of my case never got that call back. HP send a different technician to my request since the first one I understood didn't really care if my plotter wasn't working properly or. To my surprise when the second one came and start checking the plotter "for something that had nothing...

...HP 57 TRI-COLOUR INKJET PRINT CARTRIDGE
You may have heard of a two car family, well I hate to say it that we are now a two printer family.
My wife who has a laptop was constantly using my printer for her own work and funnily enough, my ink cartridges were constantly running out, so we decided to invest in a second printer which takes HP cartridges number 56 (black) and number 57 (colour).
HP 57 PACKAGING AND CONTENTS
The packaging itself makes it look as if you are getting a larger cartridge than the one you actually get. For those of you that are into minimal packaging, then I would say that there is too much packaging, in the form of cardboard, and depending on where you buy them from, these are then further packaged into a see through plastic holder. The cartridges that I have bought recently come from various parts...
