...I bought this plotter about two month ago since then if it has work properly for two weeks is a lot. To begging with it came with the cutter defective it took HP about a two weeks to have a new cutter send to the technician that was fixing the plotter. When I finally got my cutter working properly the car in which the cutter runs was not working properly. The technician requested info from HP and never got and answers back. I had to call personally HP to see what was going on and was told I was going to be contacted by the person that was taking care of my case never got that call back. HP send a different technician to my request since the first one I understood didn't really care if my plotter wasn't working properly or. ...Hp is the best computer brand to date. Hp is the most user friendly, most customizable, and also the most stable. I have never heard of a bad review about Hp before. Definitely recommend Hp to a friend. Hp seems to last the longest out of any Pc. Hp customer care is very genuine and you always get a live person. There are a number of things you can customize, the chassis (body) with different sizes, designs, and a number of different styles. Prices are the only down side to these computers, although you know you are getting genuine products and parts. You can also at any time send in your computer and get it re-done to keep up with time.I don't see any reason not to buy one....
