As Hp has modified its products, the idea of compacting and upgrading performance has not been very high on their agenda. The products have been satisfactory but not durable in the long run. Copared to the performance of competing company products, i would say an overall average performance as usual. The ease of use as usual is missing , and the paper does get jammed quite often as the the usage increases The cartridges can be used with ease and the print quality diminishes as one use to for long duration at a stretch.the usual remedy would be to reboot your machine. but then it can be termed as your operatiing systems problem Anyway it is a good product, but not the cutting edge revolutionary space age printer, but the more economical, market oriented product .
