Advantages REALLY CHEAP, works on all systems

I think this is definitely the best choice for a home printer, as it is the best in this cheap price range, and I would recommend this if you're looking for a printer. Hope u enjoyed the review and would consider my advice!!! :)
Before I start the review, I'd like to say that I simply love this printer as I got it for just 9 pounds as it was on discount on a bookshop in Hong Kong. I am so happy. Ok so here is my review:

advantages
  1. quality of pictures are extremely acceptable for a normal home user
  2. printing speed is fast enough
  3. it is very easy to use as there is only three buttons instead of "direction pad+numbers+colours+cancel buttons" that make you dizzy
  4. It looks awesome
  5. It works on all platforms, including linux!!! I have been searching for a computer that my whole family could use together harmoniously
    (my father uses mac, I use linux, my sister and mom uses windows)
  6. the support is simply awesome: there is free scan editing software, u get gifts for using original hp catridges, the support centre is easily accessible
  7. setting up the printer(including software and hardware) took within 10 minutes
  8. the installation software could be both downloaded from the hp website and also installed from the disk, so u could still install it without internet connection/without a cd drive
  9. changing of ink catridges is convenient
  10. it's environmentally friendly: the printer head is not on the catridge but comes with the printer, so no printer heads are wasted
Disadvantages
  1. It's a bit noisy
  2. It continues printing even when there is no ink(e.g. there is no black ink, so when u print a document with photos, all the black words/ black parts of photo disappear while those parts printed with colour ink still comes out)
    but of course it reminds u that there is no ink, but it doesn't stop printing and a few pieces of paper will be wasted.
