Auto feeds paper, uses flashing lights & on PC screen that the ink needs refilling .
Disadvantages:
Plastic paper tray rather flimsy but thats because when not in use it bends flat .

I use this printer for all my personal & book catalogue printing.
For me it prints very sharp & extremly clear on all occasions it is used & does all I would expect it too without taking too long which is an nice bonus compared to previous printers.
For the book catalogue its printing of colour is a great enhancement & makes the clip art stand out well, as is its ability to collate pages.
I have used other makes of printer in past but have consistantly found that the HP range is much better & continues to give me the quality & reliability I want.
Hence any future purchase's for another printer would have a HP at the top of my buying list.
