I was brought this printer 18 months ago now and have never had any problems with it up until now. When I brought it, it cost £99.00 from Comets. I use HP premium photo paper, which produces excellent photos that look and feel like the real thing.
When printing you can chose from Best, Normal or EconoFast in setup, I print in Normal but have tried Best. EconoFast is for a faster print out, you can chose paper size and paper type in setup.
Toolbox, which includes ‘how do I’, ‘troubleshooting’ and ‘printer services’ these are all very helpful and useful.
Printer services includes how to - align the print cartridges, clean the print cartridges and print a test page also test printer communication.
How do I includes – replace print cartridges, load paper, change print settings, print on a variety of paper types sizes and envelopes, print on both sides of the page, print banners, perform printer cleaning.
Troubleshooting includes – print quality is poor, placement on the page is wrong, something on the page is missing or incorrect, no page came out of the printer, a blank page came out, having problems printing a banner, printer lights are blinking.
Features - two-sided printing, portrait and landscape.
Colour - automatic and manual also print in grayscale and options intensity or half-toning.
Pictures you can have in documents are photographs, charts, graphs, illustrations and decorative elements.
What you can print – envelopes one at a time or as a stack, labels for file folders, business cards and invitations, banners, photographs make into name tags, transparencies for important presentations and iron-on transfers for sun visors printed with your company logo.
