...to pay £119.99 for the HP L1940T a 19” LCD TFT flat display with tilting screen. I decided not to pay an extra £50 for the speaker bar upgraded model as I have a perfectly good set of stand alone speakers.
Since buying this monitor over a month ago I have been nothing but hugely impressed with the quality and performance. Installation was childs play and was just a case of attaching one cable to my PC tower and then plugging it in. The stand is ... ...The onscreen menus are easy to use and allow for changes in colour, brightness and contrast. Considering the size of the screen and the low price for this model and the hefty 3 year warranty from HP I would recommend it to serious gamers and business users. ...

Hmm.. the HP L1940T Flat screen monitor.... Well, I recently got upgraded to XP at work, so we decided to treat ourselves to a new flat screen, to save a lot of space on our desk! I've got to say that the screen has made a huge impact. First of all, it's bigger, then the fact it takes up less room, plus it has it's own intergrated speakers- Which is brilliant! as the sound on my computer comes out of the stack, which is kept under the desk. I don't ... ...but I would happily pay 200 for it. The monitor also moves up and down and back and forth so you can position it wherever is best for you. It also has a handy little stand where you can place all your cuddly toys on!! There are several buttons on the front where you can change the settings, and a volume dial. It's plug and play too, just take your old monitor away and plug this new one straight in- it couldn't be more easy!
