...This printer / fax / photocopier / scanner is just plain super. no tmeaning to sound camp is hard when describing the quality of this printer.
It scans directly to your computer, you can get faxes directly to your computer, you can printer from your computer (quite a big one there!!) you can straight photocopy, you program in speed dials, it can sing, it can dance...well maybe not the last 2, but other than that what else do you need.
Setting the printer up is dead easy, as is the case with all HP printers. You simply plug it all in and follow the on screen instructions. The only exception is with USB, you HAVE TO READ the instructions as with some HP printers you need to install the software first, before connecting the printer up.

Advantages: Good Fax Machine Disadvantages: Time Bomb Ink Cartridges From HP
...This is a good fax machine. If you try to print the unit tends to shake the whole table it is setting on. The ink cartridges are time bombed from HP to expire after X months forcing you to pay for new ones regardless if they are truly needed. Mine were full and the unit refused to print. Not happy with HP and will not buy HP products in the future. HP used to stand for quality and the documentation still reflects HP standards but the trickery being used in the ink cartridge time outs is beyond bad manners. When the cartridges expire you can no longer print a black and white print even if only the color cartridge is expired. That shuts down all copying and faxing. Be sure and price the cartridges before you decide to make the HP mistake. They are not reasonably priced....
