Available in several flavours - which do vary in their palatability - these are ideal for endurance sports refuelling. I use these as part of my nutrition strategy in ironman triahtlon racing - each gel has about 100 kcals, and some flavours do come with caffeine which can help you maintain your focus and keep you going to the finish line. The mix of sugar sources is optimised for uptake. They are small and easy to carry with you. Note that the electrolyte content is not enough to keep you going - these are just for glycogen replacement. You will need to supplement with fluids and electrolytes. i.e. you will need to have access to water or be carrying fluids with you. ghd mini styler

Advantages: fast heat up, work VERY well.
Disadvantages: The price of the mens bag!! (133 pounds!!)

Bear in mindf i'm only 12 :D I got my mini styler in the mens gift bag. I first really wanted ghd's when loads of my friends said they were brilliant. I had alook on the web and was shocked to find they were around 70 quid! i put them on my christmas list and got them!! I have used them on me and other people loads. When i opened them i got htem out straight away and plugged them in. They heat up in seconds!!!! I pulled them through my hair and it went straight really really straight!! My old straighteners i have not thrown away because they were quite good. I recomend these 2 any1 who is looking for a lightweight easy 2 use straightener!!!!!! GET THEM!!!!!! ...

Review of Ghd Mini Styler - Hair Straighteners

The hp mini-note is a great personal computer

Advantages: very compact and easy to use. It is by far the best personal computer.
Disadvantages: Not good graphic and screen size compatabiliy

I love the HP 2133 Mini-Note. It is a great personal computer, compact and easy to use. I like how you can take it anywhere and fit it in almost any bag. The only problem I have with it is the smaller screen which can't fit with some websites screen resolution and size. another problem i have is with the graphics card is not compatible with most 3d games and won't run direct 3d for some things. It also does not have a disk drive which i would prefer in a laptop. I love the built in webcam and I am very impressed with the amount of memory it has. Over all it is a great personal computer and, in my opinion, the benefits out weigh the costs. I would highly recommend this product to people who travel or for school purposes. ...
